We are Sharon and Dani from Creative Mindset, Behaviour and Wellbeing Consultants.
We provide support to schools to improve Mental Health and Wellbeing for the hardest to reach young people through the implementation of the Innovative Wellbeing Curriculum.

Sharon is a mother to 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls, she has 14 grandchildren and is family orientated, spending most of her free time enjoying days out with the family or camping with her partner. Sharon’s background is nomadic and she enjoys being outdoors especially sitting around a campfire or walking along the sea front. Having muddled her way through school Sharon is only too aware of the need for change. She felt her love for learning did not take place in her early years because she simply was not ready to learn in the way the system wanted her to. Sharon feels it was not until she left school and went to college that her love for learning began. Sharon has worked in mainstream and special needs schools for the past 14years. In her career as a teacher Sharon has held many roles form Mental health, Behaviour and Well-being lead to designated teacher for LAC. Sharon has worked frequently with behaviours that challenge and has been responsible for creating an innovative bespoke and highly motivating curriculum (now know as the Well-being Curriculum) for the hardest to reach reach young people. Sharon strives to make a difference to the lives of every child she works with.

I’m Dani is an experienced special needs teacher. She loved to build strong relationships with her pupils and worked frequently with behaviours that challenge. She is a trained Jai Parenting coach and works 1-1 with parents who need support to parent in a more gentle and empowered way. Dani gained her counselling qualifications at Hills Road Adult Education centre. She is also a Mamma- of which she’d describe as her best and hardest job.

“Instead of trying to eliminate the behaviours, we should strive to understand them for the rich information they offer about how our child experiences the world”
